Hospital Orientation

Hospital Orientation started today. It was interesting sitting there as an RN. Last time I sat in that orientation all I could think about how much I wished I was there as a nurse, not a nursing assistant. Well, I guess I have arrived! Orientation really wasn't so bad today, they have shortened the first day and made it more pertinent information. I took the time that there was a repeat from my first orientation to go through and start looking over my PBMT orientation manual. I am trying to get as familiar with the bone marrow transplant protocols and medications as I can. I want to be prepared. I may not have anything more to add this week, next week should be more interesting, I promise! But hey, today was a short day so I got to go to the pool with my friend Robin and her cutie son Noah- thanks for the pool date!

Hey girl! Congratulations on becoming an RN! I know you've been working on it for a long time now. You will be great!
